Information submitted through forms

The forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, message and, on the contact form, city. These details are sent through Mailgun to Down the Drain Plumbing and the configured administrative BCC so the team can respond. Do not submit payment information or other sensitive information. For urgent service, call (909) 845-0007.

External services

Google Analytics measures website usage on the production domain using Google tag G-N4LFJ3J29Z. Google may process browser, device, network and usage information and use cookies. We do not include form field values in the analytics code. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to help prevent automated form abuse. The site also loads map resources from OpenStreetMap and Leaflet’s CDN, and fonts from Google Fonts. These services receive network requests from your browser. Links to external websites are governed by those sites’ own policies.

The final policy will describe the information collected, its use, service providers, retention, applicable privacy choices, and how to contact the business about privacy.
